When ordering online with UmbrellArt, your card details are seen ONLY by you. We are not able to view or store any credit or debit card information. This is why we use the services of PayPal and Nochex.
Q. Why am I asked for my telephone number?
A. It is not compulsory to give a telephone number, but we prefer it so that we can call you if there is a problem. For example, you may have accidentally entered the wrong delivery postcode or ordered an item that is out of stock. We never pass your details on to any other companies.
Q. Why am I asked to give an email address?
A. We ask for an email address so that you can be emailed your order confirmation that contains your unique reference number. You will also be able to double check that you have ordered the correct item and that the delivery information is correct. This email is also your VAT invoice. Again, as we are an online store we prefer to be able to contact you in case of a problem by email or telephone.
We never pass your details on to any other companies and all of your information remains completely confidential.
You have the option to be added or not added to receive our regular emails at the checkout, just untick this box if you do not wish to receive any emails from us. We only send emails if we have a new product to tell you about, a sale on or a special offer.
